SND received a record number of entries this year. A group of 14 judges from around the world will meet in Washington, D.C. from Feb. 6-8 to review the entries and recognize winners with Awards of Excellence and medals. Finalists for World’s Best-Designed™ Digital News Experience will be announced at the end of the judging.
The Society for News Design announced three World’s Best-Designed™ Newspapers — La Nación (Argentina), The Sunday Times (United Kingdom) and The New York Times (United States) — and one World’s Best-Designed™ winner from the digital design competition — Reuters — at the opening reception of its 41st annual workshop.
The entry deadline for this year’s Best of News Design was Feb. 18. These tips, however, are good for any time you need to edit work. Take a look.
