A: When you login, if you see “Select Membership”, this means according to our records, you account is not active.
Q: If there is an error with my membership status, what do I do?
A: Contact Us. We will be able to check your account and make adjustments. Please allow 1 business day for us to respond.

Q: If I am not a member, where can I join?
A: You can join SND here. Please note, starting Aug 2020, we will not longer be accepting monthly membership payments. If you choose this option, you will have to renew your account membership status in August.
Q: Aren’t membership renewed annually?
A: Yes. However, previous workshop promos (registration and membership) were not automatic renewals.
