Our next annual Best of News Design™ Creative Competition (the 39th Edition) will cover works published in 2017. The Call for Entries will be mailed to previous participants (and to anyone who requests a copy) this November, and also will be posted here. The next judging will take place in February 2018.

Entrants may submit either unmounted tearsheets or unmounted, printed replicas of an entry as it appeared in print. Printouts must be at least 75 percent of the size the entry originally printed. For broadsheets, this means at least 11×17 paper. Each entry requires a small entry fee, paid in U.S. funds, and an official entry form.
