Students: Design contest deadline extended to April 15

College and high school students: Now is your chance to enter the 2018 SND Best of Student Design Contest, but the entry deadline has been extended to Sunday, April 15. Get your taxes done, get your entries done.

This contest is open not just to campus publications, but also welcomes student class work.

This is the 17th edition of the contest, brought to you by Michigan State University and the University of Missouri.

There are 16 categories:

3. Feature Page Design
4. Special Sections
5. Magazine Cover
6. Magazine Spread
7. Alternative Story Format
8. Art & Illustration
9. Photos story Design
11. Promotions & Advertising
12. Standalone Multimedia
13. Digital Storytelling
14. World’s Best Designed Student News Site
15. World’s Best-Designed Student Newspaper
16. Student Designer of the Year

This contest is affordable: just $5 for single-page entries, and $10 for multi-page. Again, the deadline is Wednesday, so pull your work together and send it our way! Good luck!

Congratulations to all the winners, I hope that your annual competition would help them to realize their full potential. I’m a student and I’m also have chosen my creative path in design.
