WORKSHOPS
Fernando Baptista, the master of infographics will hold a workshop in Dubai (23 and 24 October 2015) to share his knowledge and experience on Inforgraphics. The workshop is open for all professionals interested to learn the best of informational graphics practices.
This workshop is designed to Arabic speaker designers for Arabic language publications in the Middle East.
Al Shabiba newspaper is the most award winner publication in the region with design recognition by SND (Society for News Design), SPD (Society of Publication Design) and The Best of Middle East News Design.
The creativity and Innovation in their layout and page design is the real proof of the combination of image and the power of Arabic typography.
Osama’s design work is recognized by the innovation and boldness in Arabic language publication. He is Senior Designer at Al Shabiba and Times of Oman newspaper in Muscat. He received BA degree from Damascus University in 2003 and he is currently a member of Fine Artists Association of Syria and Society for News Design Regional Director. He started his career in advertising agency in Oman and joined the publication industry as Senior Designer for Al Shabiba, the sister publication of Times of Oman.
