Judges Award Silver Medal To ‘Songs We Love’ Feature By NPR

NPR has been awarded a silver medal in the Features, Single Subject category for its piece “Songs We Love.”

Judges remarks:

  • “What they’ve taken is your standard rope journalist piece and offered up a super easy to use and adaptable journey through the songs. So you can make your own mix tape, you can mix them up and shuffle them, you can choose by types of genres of music. It’s just really smart and beautiful.”
  • “What they’ve done is made a tool that curates this world of music.”
  • “It made me feel joyous.”
  • “I found new music.”
