Mexico prepares for World Design Summit

For the first time the World Summit on Media Design will be held in Mexico City. Twenty-seven speakers from 14 countries will discuss editorial design in print and online, illustration, computer graphics, photography and new technologies.

This great visual communication forum will be held at the Hotel Fiesta Americana Reforma Avenue in the heart of Mexico City on 24, 25 and October 26. Simultaneous translation, will be surprises and spectacular side events.

Mexico and the World Summit VII Design Press, is waiting with open arms to share experiences with the world leaders of visual communication called to preside over 14 keynote speeches and four panel discussions.

The previous six World Summits, held in Spain, have drawn more than 2,500 communication professionals from around the world. The most recent one, held in 2007, drew 550 professionals.

The host hotel is the Fiesta Americana Reforma, and the cost is $5,289.60 M.N., or $440.80 USD.
