Bid on world-class illustrations to support SNDF

Do you have a special section or story that needs just the right artwork to make it sing? Now you have a chance to get a freelance illustration from a top artist in the industry.

Twenty-seven artists have donated their freelance illustration services to the SND Foundation online auction. That means you could get the opportunity to work with world-class artists for a much lower price than they would normally charge. And all of your money will go to the Foundation which funds scholarships, internships, travel grants and training.

Their award-winning work has graced the pages of almost any publication you can think of and has appeared in several advertising and marketing campaigns.

These are the artists who have donated their services:

You can bid on their services here. The online auction will  begin at 9 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 29, and run through noon Friday, Oct. 7.

Let the bidding begin!

About Denise M. Reagan

Denise M. Reagan is SND Foundation president, Assistant Managing Editor for visuals at The Florida Times-Union/ and an adjunct professor at the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications.

Your information here says the auction ends at noon today (Friday, Oct. 7), but on the auction site, it ended at midnight, apparently. I’m in Central time, and it is 10:12 a.m. Seems to me the auction should still be open for about another hour.

Unfortunately, we made an error and the auction ended early. We apologize for the error and the fact that people weren’t able to make more bids but we are thrilled that these world-class illustrators donated their services to help makes thousands of dollars for the SND Foundation.
