Multimedia advice

Richard Koci Hernandez, who works with me at the San Jose Mercury News and runs the MultimediaShooter site, offers this video advice for how to win at a multimedia competition. Richard was a judge this year for the National Press Photographers Association's Best of Photojournalism 2007. Richard's a big advocate for telling stories in new ways, and he's one of those amazingly talented, self-effacing guys who makes his craft look effortless when you know it's really not.
