NEWS ALERT: Early election polls in

This just in: With 1% of precincts reporting it looks like the election for SND's next treasurer/secretary (who will become president in 2009) is in a dead heat. Even in Florida, the home of wacky election nights, it's just too close to call. Heidi de Laubenfels and Matt Mansfield were unavailable for comment, both sequestered with their campaign staffs awaiting a final outcome. CNN has not yet called the race, but Voter News Service has once again reported problems with exit polling.*

* We asked 5 people -- it was a split vote 2-2, with an undecided who said "Who IS this Matt Mansfield fellow?!"
