STUDENTS: Martin Gee and company "kick" it

The student program starts at noon today: Martin Gee (shown in rock star mode arriving at the hotel ... A plea to other Web Desk staffers: How about a beer when I walk in the door in a new city? Make a note), Nicole Bogdas, Nicole Dudka and Tiffany Pease have a swell bunch of stuff planned this afternoon, and it's all free! It all starts with free pizza, then presentations, and, finally, the critique sessions. The Web Desk has always believed that when professionals and students spend that one-on-one time together it's pretty much what makes the SND workshop a special thing. We ran into THE Charles Apple last night in the hotel bar and he confirmed it's absolutely one of his favorite parts of SND, too. Good enough for us. We'll see you there!
