Rubbing too many elbows at once can get confusing.Charles Apple said "hello" to Tim Harrower, renowned publishing legend of instructional design and reporting texts, this afternoon.
Normal enough, right?
Except he called him Tim Frank. (Frank was nearby, an easy mistake).
Harrower's quick response: "My GOD -- what an insult. To Tim Frank!"
Doh.
