NEWS: SND sites in 2009 and beyond

Breaking news from the SND board meeting ... the first order of business was the selection of workshop sites for the next several years. In 2009, SND will travel to South America at last and hold its annual workshop in Buenos Aires. Chris Edwards made a great presentation and Clarin will be the host newspaper for the workshop. Buenos Aires was set to be the SND host in 2002 before financial turmoil in the country forced the workshop to move back to the U.S.

In 2010, SND comes back to the U.S., and we'll get a Rocky Mountain High by holding our annual workshop in Denver. Jeff Goertzen made the final pitch, and the Denver Post will lead the charge for '10.

In 2011, it's back to the midwest U.S., as St. Louis has stepped up and will host the '11 SND workshop. We're thrilled that the Post-Dispatch has stepped up so far in advance, and will host a workshop that will be hopefully quite accessible to so many of our members.
