Support SND Foundation programs by purchasing a unique calendar
April 14th, 2010
The SND Foundation is designing a special 15-month wall calendar that will be available in September starting at the annual workshop in Denver. World-renowned designer and artist Deborah Withey of Cheese + Pickles Studio in St. Davids, Wales, is designing the calendar. Each month will feature an original work of art by a top illustrator. Some of the artists from North America, USA, Latin America, Europe and Asia include:
• Tracy Cox
• Mark Fisher
• Martin Gee
• Luis Granea
• Sam Hundley
• Federico Jordan
• Dennis Van Keersbilck
• Andrea Levy
• Jing Ma
• Andrew Skwish
• James Yang
All of SND’s major events will be noted on the calendar, such as the annual workshop and deadlines for entering the print and online competitions.
This calendar will be perfect for your home or office and will make a great gift for friends, family and coworkers. Plus, it will help spread the word of the good work SND and SNDF do all year round.
Purchase a day on the calendar
You can be a part of this great souvenir and keepsake by purchasing a day on the calendar. It could be your birthday, an anniversary or an event. All items must be fewer than 45 characters including punctuation and spaces. Multi-day events will appear on one day unless you purchase multiple days.
Here are a few examples:
• Jane Doe’s birthday
• Julie & Joe’s anniversary
• NEN&PA Annual Convention
• NPPA Advanced StoryTelling Workshop
The calendar will span October 2010 through December 2011. For months that will appear twice, you can buy the date in one or both years.
Purchase one or more spots on the calendar. It’s just $10 for each event. Spaces will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. so don’t delay. The deadline for purchasing a day is May 13.
Pre-order some calendars. They’re just $25 each, which includes shipping within the United States. International orders add an additional $10 for shipping.
